{"id":10662,"date":"2026-03-11T14:50:49","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T13:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/langtvvla.com.ar\/?p=10662"},"modified":"2026-03-11T14:55:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T13:55:31","slug":"educacion-mientras-deliberante-esta-por-aprobar-traslado-de-predio-cef-hensel-presento-medida-de-no-innovar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/langtvvla.com.ar\/index.php\/2026\/03\/11\/educacion-mientras-deliberante-esta-por-aprobar-traslado-de-predio-cef-hensel-presento-medida-de-no-innovar\/","title":{"rendered":"EDUCACION: MIENTRAS DELIBERANTE ESTA POR APROBAR TRASLADO DE PREDIO CEF, HENSEL PRESENTO MEDIDA DE NO INNOVAR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Este jueves 12, a las 8.30 horas, el Deliberante tratar\u00e1 (y aprobar\u00e1) la cesi\u00f3n del predio del CEF7 para que se construyan 2 escuelas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mientras, el reconocido abogado Guillermo Hensel decidi\u00f3 presentar un escrito ante la Justicia para que se detenga cualquier acci\u00f3n que emprenda el Municipio o Deliberante, que afecte el status del predio, considerado Espacio Verde y por lo tanto inmutable. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sin embargo, la solicitud presentada el 3 de marzo est\u00e1 en consideraci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara y a\u00fan legalmente quedan 3 d\u00edas para expedirse (m\u00e1ximo 10 h\u00e1biles), por lo tanto no llegar\u00e1 a tiempo para evitar la cesi\u00f3n (suponiendo se le hiciera lugar).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El abogado ya afirm\u00f3 que de concretarse la cesi\u00f3n a Educaci\u00f3n de Neuqu\u00e9n emprendera acciones legales contra el Intendente, funcionarios intervinientes (b\u00e1sicamente el Secretario de Gobierno Naretti) y concejales que aprueben el traslado (ma\u00f1ana se ver\u00e1 quienes son).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/langtvvla.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2026.03.03-Medida-de-no-innovar.-Cesion-c-Doc-inaudita.-completa-FDpdf.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustado de 2026.03.03 Medida de no innovar.
