{"id":11526,"date":"2026-05-12T18:21:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T16:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/langtvvla.com.ar\/?p=11526"},"modified":"2026-05-12T18:42:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T16:42:28","slug":"justicia-caso-tanque-de-agua-en-belvedere-denunciaron-penalmente-a-funcionarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/langtvvla.com.ar\/index.php\/2026\/05\/12\/justicia-caso-tanque-de-agua-en-belvedere-denunciaron-penalmente-a-funcionarios\/","title":{"rendered":"JUSTICIA: CASO TANQUE DE AGUA EN BELVEDERE, DENUNCIARON PENALMENTE A FUNCIONARIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>En el d\u00eda de la fecha el abogado Guillermo Hensel, como representante de 5 vecinos de la zona Cerro Belvedere, denunci\u00f3 penal y administrativamente a funcionarios p\u00fablicos y empleados (y particulares que pudieron intervenir) por las operaciones conducentes a la instalaci\u00f3n de un tanque de agua que proveer\u00e1 el servicio a la comunidad mapuche afincada en dicho lugar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lo que se denunci\u00f3 es: ingreso ilegal de personal municipal (con maquinaria) por la fuerza a propiedad privada, del sr.
