EL PUNTO MEDULAR ES LA EXIGENCIA DEL GREMIO QUE SE CUMPLA CON LO ACORDADO, LOS 4 NOMBRAMIENTOS PROMETIDOS Y LA EVALUACION DE LXS 50 TRABAJADORXS EN PLANTA TRANSITORIA PARA DEFINIR SI PASAN A PERMANENTE. DADA LA NEGATIVA DESDE LA MUNICIPALIDAD, ATE AHONDA LAS MEDIDAS A TOMAR Y AVISA QUE MA\u00d1ANA JUEVES \u00abHABRA MUCHO RUIDO\u00bb. POR LO QUE ENTENDEMOS NO SE REFERIAN A BOMBOS Y REDOBLANTES, SINO A ACCIONES DE IMPACTO. HABRA QUE ESPERAR A VER SI SE CONCRETAN. COMUNICADO DEL DELEGADO DE ANGOSTURA Y TRAFUL, NICOLAS VEJAR:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy nos recibi\u00f3 Javier de los R\u00edos, nos dio una propuesta que fue rechazado en asamblea por:<br>*faltante de documentaci\u00f3n (evaluaciones de desempe\u00f1o laboral)<br>*ausencia del intendente que es quien tiene la decisi\u00f3n final en las mesas de trabajo.<br>Valoramos que el Secretario de Econom\u00eda nos haya recibido porque desde el jueves que estamos esperando que alguien nos reciba, pero no tiene las herramientas para resolver este conflicto, el que tiene la decisi\u00f3n final es el intendente, que se niega a firmar los decretos para cubrir las vacantes de obras particulares y parques y jardines (4 en total), se niega a pesar que le dio su palabra a los trabajadores de que lo iba a hacer. Y por otro lado tampoco tenemos garant\u00eda de que si en la mesa t\u00e9cnica hay trabajadores con contrato transitorio que cumplen con los requisitos de tener su planta permanente, tampoco tenemos garant\u00edas de que esto suceda porque esta decisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es del intendente. Lamentablemente hoy el municipio est\u00e1 acefalo y la gesti\u00f3n termina el 10\/12. Nosotros queremos normalizar los servicios y solucionar, pero queremos garant\u00edas concretas porque no cumplen.
